Location: East – 212 The Parade, Norwood
I usually go here after hikes or a gym session and want to continue to pretend to be a health freak. They have such a massive menu full of healthy options. I usually get a Smoothie Bowl, which is a thick smoothie in a bowl topped with fruit and granola or muesli. They are not overly sweet and quite filling. I also love their deep fried sweet potato fries, which are crunchy and amazing dipped in aioli sauce – obviously not a healthy option. Their salads and wraps are also really yummy for food that’s healthy. The only thing that puts me off is it’s almost always busy no matter what day or time you come, during peak times there’s line ups around the corner. Definitely a great cafe for healthy and tasty options.
