Location: CBD – 12 Franklin St, Adelaide
I’ve always been a fan of PUBLIC due to it’s spacious and airy setting and fancy brunch food. The place is quiet large with it’s high ceilings, lots of natural lighting from the open glass front and industrial decor. Their menu offers extravagant and interesting breakfast and lunch items such as Blood Sausage, Duck Leg Crouquettes and Sriracha Brioche. I have played it on the safe side trying their burgers and Banana Bread French Toast – both which I highly recommend. Food is presented beautifully, although portions are on the smaller side. Also, being in town, it is usually full of business people on morning or lunch meetings. Staff have always been friendly.
Only downside is city parking is expensive and hard to find if you’re purely just going to the restaurant.
The set up: 😍😍😍😍
