Location: CBD – 200 Hutt St, Adelaide
Biga Café is in a lovely location on Hutt St, with plenty of seating outside to enjoy the vibes. Being winter, it was way too cold so we sat inside which has been renovated and refreshed.
Cafe’s that serve breakfast all day always gets a big tick from me. It was hard to choose from their menu because there were so many yummy breakfast options like French Toast, Breakfast Burrito and Mushroom Ragu as well healthy options like Smoothie Bowls, Porridge and Healthy Kickstart breakfast. A great menu that really caters for everyone. In the end it was the usual struggle to choose between the buttermilk pancakes and the big breakfast, but I eventually decided on the Biga Breakfast; poached eggs, bacon, chorizo, grilled tomato, hashbrown and sourdough. I did not regret my choice, it was delicious and my friend who ordered the Healthy Kickstart (a healthy version of the Biga Breakfast) really enjoyed hers, which came with avocado and tomato relish – which I wish I kinda had too. Everything is well-priced and the staff are lovely.
